La Commission européenne présentera en mars un projet de «passeport vert» numérique attestant d'une vaccination contre le Covid ou de tests négatifs pour voyager plus librement, a annoncé sa présidente Ursula von der Leyen, alors que les droits associés à ce document divisent les Vingt-Sept.
«Nous présenterons ce mois-ci une proposition législative pour un 'Digital Green Pass'», avec l'objectif de «permettre graduellement aux Européens de se déplacer en sécurité au sein de l'UE ou en dehors, pour le travail ou du tourisme», a indiqué sur Twitter Mme von der Leyen.
