Le COVID-19 a contribué à une hausse de 16 % du nombre attendu de décès en 2020 et au premier semestre 2021 dans les pays de l’OCDE. L’espérance de vie a reculé dans 24 pays sur 30 disposant de données comparables, et principalement aux États-Unis (de 1.6 an) et en Espagne (de 1.5 an), d’après un nouveau rapport de l’OCDE.

Our study shows that the integration of mobility metrics into retrospective modelling
efforts can be useful in identifying links between these metrics and Rt. Importantly,
we highlight potential issues in the data generation process for transmission indicators
derived from mobile phone data, representativeness, and equity of access, which must
be addressed to improve the interpretability of these data in public health.
